Great value. Neat, clean with fair amount of shade. Level concrete sites. Off the main thoroughfares so relatively quiet. Camped in 40' motorhome with toad. Only stayed one night. Had a drive through site. Site was long enough to leave the toad connected without having the toad block the road. Would definitely stay here again. Both cable TV and Wi-Fi worked great!
Camped there after calling ahead to inquire about space for a 40' motorhome. Was told space was available. Upon turning off the main highway into the park just barely made contact with a pole supporting the park's billboard. Had to back up to gain clearance - was told I was second MH to hit the sign that week. Area had received lots of rain in prior two days. Campground was very soggy and it was very hard to find a suitable space dry enough to avoid getting our MH stuck in the mud! Signs in the campground tell exiting campers to turn left around the park registration office. Not possible for a 40 footer to make that turn without backing up at least once. Very disappointed with the park and cannot recommend it for "big rigs"!
Neatly maintained - all pull throughs - all gravel roads and sites. Friendly staff. Only negative was that a train travels nearby but noise wasn't sufficient to waken us. Would definitely stay here again. Spent three days here seeing the Mammoth Cave as well as playing golf in the area. Cave City is fairly small with a number of fast food locations. For access to larger stores (Wal-Mart, etc.) city of Glasgow is only about 8 miles distant.
